Carpets - Pre-spotting and minor stain removal up to and including; enzyme spotter, minor gum and rust stain removal is our standard procedure. We use a portable hot water extraction machine with dual vacuum motors and a 2000 watt heater. We also use premium low residue cleaning products that work efficiently and safely. With this equipment and technique, the average drying time for a carpet is four hours.
Stain Removal per Authorization: A two-part stain removal system. Major rust stains and red stains are the more difficult, but not impossible. We have the capability to use a heat activated stain removal process if necessary.
Carpet Protectant – Carpet protectant is guaranteed for one year to resist stains, assist in protecting the life of the carpet, and makes professional cleaning more efficient. Deodorize and Sanitize – Carpets that are cleaned and dried improperly create odor problems. Units with pets or small children create urine stains and smells. We specialize in resolving these issues. Odor and Allergy Control - Recommendations on maintaining odor control and minimizing allergic substances is available upon request on carpets and furniture. Spot Remover for Carpets and Upholstery - 16 oz Bottle or 32 oz Bottle with DBCC INC labeling available for sale.
