Thank you for visiting our website. Initially, this website was designed for the purpose of informing my current clients of the other services I provide. Most of my business comes from repeat satisfied customers and their referrals. However, I have later found that this site has been of value to new, interested clients. And so I endeavor to present as much information about DBCC INC as possible.

I have almost 30 years of experience in the carpet cleaning business. Twenty-five years ago, I started my business cleaning the Maui Islander's carpets in Lahaina. I now provide professional specialty cleaning services to condominiums and homes. While established in West Maui, I also schedule appointments in other areas. My wife, Juenlee is my Vice-President and we have four children, (22, 20, 8 and 5). .Two are away in college and you may see us at karate lessons or at soccer games with the younger ones. Juenlee works closely with our office manager, Desiree. Our "ohana" (family) is growing. We are blessed to have two full time Certified Professional Cleaning Technicians as our associates: Alex Teeters and James O. Brown, II. They appreciate and understand DBCC's expected level of quality and integrity in every job. We work well together.

DBCC INC carries a $1,000,000 commercial liability insurance policy and are licensed in Hawaii. Proof of insurance and license can be provided upon request. All our employees are bonded. We are proud members of the Hawaii Better Business Bureau and Maui Chamber of Commerce. We are professionally trained as stone care technicians (see "Certifications"). We are also trained in the cleaning and protection of masonry and tile. We are a certified company in Water Damage Restoration, (Structural Drying) with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

By request, I can inspect and make recommendations regarding your cleaning needs. Estimated costs can be provided.

My office maintains cleaning records of all the work we do for you. At your request, we will send you a reminder when the next cleaning is due. On average and depending on individual conditions, we recommend: quarterly cleaning for windows and screens & high traffic area carpets, bi-annual cleaning of carpets and annual cleaning of furniture.
